Job Description:
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Direct clients to online resources
Educate clients on company services and facilities
Update client records in the contact list.
Regularly compile reports and submit to the management on overall customer satisfaction.
Pitch ideas for improving customer care
Disseminate research reports to the clients on daily basis
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and be flexible
Qualification:
Education: Bachelors from HEC recognized University
Experience: Fresh or 1 Year or more
