We're a healthcare company passionate about streamlining credentialing for providers. We're looking for an awesome, detail-oriented credentialing specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home (WFH) position, 40 hours per week, 5 days.

You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, well-organized, enjoy working independently within a remote setting, and are a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and re-credentialing of US providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
• Completion, submission, and tracking of credentialing applications
• Verify and maintain accurate provider credentials
• Directory updates and quarterly maintenance (CAQH, Availity, commercial payers)
• Stay current on credentialing and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Computer <3 years old, reliable high-speed internet
• Knowledge of US provider credentialing is essential
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong team player who can prioritize multiple responsibilities and work well under pressure
• Demonstrates research and problem-solving skills
• Credentialing experience in multiple states
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
