We're a healthcare company passionate about streamlining credentialing for providers. We're looking for an awesome, detail-oriented credentialing specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home (WFH) position, 40 hours per week, 5 days.
You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, well-organized, enjoy working independently within a remote setting, and are a strong collaborator.
Responsibilities
Credentialing and re-credentialing of US providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
Completion, submission, and tracking of credentialing applications
Verify and maintain accurate provider credentials
Directory updates and quarterly maintenance (CAQH, Availity, commercial payers)
Stay current on credentialing and healthcare regulations
Requirements
Computer <3 years old, reliable high-speed internet
Knowledge of US provider credentialing is essential
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong team player who can prioritize multiple responsibilities and work well under pressure
Demonstrates research and problem-solving skills
Credentialing experience in multiple states
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
